Western States School of Banking

Your Best move to stepping up the career ladder is to attend the Western States School of Banking (WSSB). Our unique program, designed specifically for banking professionals, is a 2-year banking program affiliated with the New Mexico State University College of Business. The program is structured around 2, 8-day sessions in June of 2 consecutive years. During each session, you will study current banking practices and learn all aspects of bank management step-by-step from profitability to human resources to technology and legal issues.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be employed in an officer or supervisory capacity in a commercial bank or thrift or in a state or federal agency which supervises commercial banks or thrifts;
Must have at least one year of experience in banking or equivalent work, or have completed one year of university courses, or have completed a substantial number of American Institute of Banking courses.
